Impressive Features.
The hotel benefits from air conditioning, and guests appreciated the inclusion of Wi-Fi connection in the package. The breakfast is consistently good, and it is greatly to be enjoyed on the rooftop each morning. Another feature of the hotel that guests were impressed by is the terrace which is a fantastic place for relaxation. The ambiance in hotel is great and the views of the Atlas Mountains wonderful.
positive:
Beyond the Call of Duty.
This hotel is described as really amazing and feeling like an art museum, a great example of a traditional accommodation. Guests from Ireland commented that this is the only place they have booked into where the reality is better than the pictures. Furthermore the staff went out of their way to be helpful, making breakfast at 6:30 for an early departure even though breakfast is served at 8am. The friendly advice of staff to guests who are unfamiliar with the locality and its customs is invaluable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Technological Woes.
The Wi-Fi availability in the rooms was unreliable.
negative:
Breakfast Limitation.
The breakfast was of good quality but lacked variety, and t was felt that the price of the meals in the hotel was high, set at European rather than local levels.
negative:
Extras too Expensive.
All in all this hotel impressed visitors immensely, and felt like a safe and comfortable base of character from which to explore this part of Morocco. However guests felt that some of the services offered, chargeable as extras, such as the hammam and manicures and pedicures did not represent good value.
