Friendly Front Desk
Many guests thought the front desk members had a positive attitude throughout their stay. The check-in process went by quickly and problems did not arise and willingly giving directions of the area and the nearby attractions. Many are not from the area and appreciated people who were patient enough to help them.

The breakfast, which is continental and free, had plenty of positive comments. The spread included yogurts, tea/coffee, pastries and do-it-yourself waffles. The items and quality of these were good enough to fill and start the day.

Nice Location near the Beach
The beach was a very short driving distance from the hotel and there are plenty of supermarket, restaurants and a shopping center are also found next door. It was convenient for both people with cars and people traveling with public transportation.

Overpriced for Amenities
Some guests thought the hotel was overvalued for the facilities and amenities they offered. They felt there were other options in the area that gave more amenities for the same price. The amenities were not up to par such as a poor breakfast option and a limited parking.

Odd Charges on Cards
Some guests were left in shock at having received various charges in their cards even though they were unaware of it and were not given their money back at any point afterwards. One guest had an extra charge for having a pet in the room which he denies. Guests had to argue for the charges to be reversed if ever.

Noisy Hotel & Area
Some guests experienced noisy neighbors to the point of the staff calling the police on them so they could stop. If the noise level came to this point, then the walls did nothing to reduce the noise. Some guests heard the airplanes from the nearby airport or noises from the area that went on throughout the night.
