South Yarra Mews contains 17 townhouse apartments that are located along Park Lane and in a bluestone church. Park Lane is a small lane that runs from Fawkner Park to Punt Road and is located between Toorak Rd and Commercial Rd. The property is within walking distance of the Alfred Hospital and the famous restaurant and shopping districts of Toorak Rd and Chapel St. The beautiful stretches of Fawkner Park and Albert Park are just a stroll away. The entertainment venues of the city and its surrounds are just a 10 minute tram journey away, along leafy St Kilda Rd. Our townhouse apartments are serviced five times per week, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our on-site reception is open from 8.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and in the mornings on weekends. There is also a caretaker manager who resides on-site. The apartments are 13 squares in size, and most have two private balconies and private courtyard with outdoor setting.
