Negative Reviews
negative:
No hot water in the morning
Some guests said that there was no hot water in the bathroom
shower or sink during the morning hours. This caused inconvenience to the
guests who had the day planned since early morning. The condition of the shower was also poor and
needed refurbishment.
negative:
No breakfast service
No breakfast is served at the guesthouse therefore guests had to go on the High Street for breakfast daily. Moreover, on Sundays since all the restaurants in the village were closed it was extremely difficult to find a place serving breakfast.
negative:
Complicated procedure for access code
The guesthouse requires an access code to enter the property, thus guests who were unaware of this were almost locked out until the owners came to their rescue. Most of the guests said that the rooms also required PIN and there were no instructions mentioned on how to get the PIN. Entering the room also was a big problem as this is a non-staffed building and there is nobody for assistance.
