Great base point for exploring the city
Most of the guests who stayed here are travellers who want to be in a convenient point to the Restauradores Metro Stop and the very historic city centre itself. If you are just looking for a comfortable place to sleep and shower in the city, then this is the right property for you.
positive:

Residencia Roma's rooms are basic yet clean according to guests. Therefore, rest assured that the room you'll get will be clean and comfortable despite the affordable rates.
positive:
Sufficient breakfast starts your day right
There are a number of dining options around the property, but you do not have to go outside the establishment for a decent breakfast. Most guests were not disappointed with the breakfast menu offered by the guesthouse. From freshly baked breads and tasty jams to perfectly cooked hams and fine-tasting coffee, they have it all.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift
There is no lift on-site, and some guests find it difficult walking up the flight of stairs when they are carrying a lot of heavy baggage. If you have mobility problems, just request for a room on the ground floor.
negative:
Unfriendly receptionist may be encountered
Many of the guests who stayed here got irritated by the unfriendly woman at the front desk. Almost half of the negative reviews online mention the unprofessional staff, saying that she gives no effort to help a guest.
negative:
Noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard
Some guests noted that they got disturbed by the sound of footsteps from the hallways or by the sound of other guests from the neighbouring rooms. However, you can just use the earplugs that will be provided to you right away upon request to minimise this issue.
