Negative Reviews
negative:
Chargeable Wi-Fi leaves a bitter taste
Although there is Wi-Fi available at this hotel, it is a paid for service. Whilst guests appreciated that it was available, some felt that the hotel should include this cost in their room fees. This was a particular issue for some guests who had paid for Wi-Fi but were unable to connect in their rooms and therefore had to go to reception to use it.
negative:
Noisy clubs can disrupt sleep
Although guests commented that the hotel has comfortable beds, some had their sleep disrupted by the noise from the clubs on the lower floors.
negative:
There seems to be a lack of refreshments
Some guests commented that their experience at the hotel would have been better if they had been able to get a drink of water or a cup of tea in their room. There are no tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottled water is only provided on the first day of your stay.
