Nestled in rolling countryside and surrounded by the Forest of Bowland and Northwest Coast - the gateway to the Lake District we’re uniquely placed to indulge our passion for local produce, and for traditional dishes. The Holly was built alongside the site of the original Holly Inn which was a well-known and frequented Coaching Inn dating back to the 17th Century. With a new outlook on traditional Italian dining, The Holly offers the best of locally-sourced food in the relaxed surroundings of a true country Restaurant. Our modern furnished en-suite bedrooms provide luxurious comfort for your stay. Each room has a television, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and free wireless broadband. Just off the A6, we provide an excellent base for the Preston and Lancaster areas.
