Quiet location – NearBy to the fairground Our 3-star Hotel is located in the heart of Laatzen, just a few minutes from the fairground of Hannover and the TUI Arena. Within less that 5 minutes you can reach the next highway A37; over this highway you come easily to the highways A2 and A7. Behind our building we provide parking places free of charge. The next light rail station “Laatzen Zentrum” only is 2 minutes' walk. The hotel NearBy provides 43 bright rooms, divided into single, double and more bedded rooms. All rooms contain with desks, TV, phone, W-Lan, shower, WC and hair dryer. Some rooms are equipped with a safe. Included is our coffee and tea flat rate. During our opening time of the reception (6.a.m. to 9 p.m.) you can take a coffee, cappuccino or tea free of charge. In the morning you can have breakfast from our buffet in our panorama restaurant.
