The hotel's surroundings are very serene and beautiful. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Its proximity to the beaches and the city of Seminyak gives visitors a wonderful city adventure during their stay.
The hotel's personnel in general are very helpful and welcoming. You feel right at home as they go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
Guests were pleased to find that the rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The decor was modern and blended in well with the rest of the hotel. The bathrooms were very roomy and the water pressure was exceptionally good.
A few guests have complained that the traffic was noisy, especially from cars and motorbikes, even though the rooms were apparently soundproofed. A few windows could not shut completely and this let more noise in. Noise coming in from the corridors and other rooms was also an issue.
Quite a number of guests have complained that the breakfast buffet was not up to the standard they had expected. Many opted to have their meals at nearby eateries since they were plenty of them to choose from.
