positive:
Wonderful Staff.
The restaurant’s waiting staff are very attentive, pleasant and efficient. All staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaning staff too, keep the rooms in a spotlessly clean.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Car Park Issues.
The guest car park area is located behind the hotel’s restaurant. There is no entrance from the car park and guests have to walk back around to the front. This car park isn’t monitored for guests’ use only which means others park in it and it’s often full.
negative:
Some Small Rooms.
While some former guests are complimentary about the spacious size of their accommodation, others were assigned rooms that are significantly smaller. The bathrooms of these rooms are likewise small, with tiny showers. Guests felt that the price paid for these smaller rooms didn’t represent good value for money.
negative:
Alley Hotel Access at Night.
Guests arriving back to the hotel late at night after the attached restaurant is closed, find that they have to access the hotel through a side entrance. This is located down a dark, cluttered alleyway, which caused some guests feel unsafe.
