The restaurant is offers guests a choice of local and international dishes superbly prepared and presented in the dining room. The daily American breakfast was especially popular among guests as it was varied and plentiful. Items that ran out were quickly replenished with fresh batches from the kitchen.

The hotel's staff members are very fun-loving and warm. They go out of their way to help out and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. They are also willingly available and give you all the information you need.

Locating the hotel for a first timer while checking in is very easy as the building stands out. It is also close to major attractions such as the Yum Balam Nature Reserve which will take you about half an hour drive. The Cancun airport is also within reach from the property.

Poor Wi-Fi signal in the apartments
Guests who used the hotel's wireless internet signal were left dismayed as a result of the very poor connection. Many complaints were of the signal easily dropping as they moved from room to room. Very slow speeds were experienced

Some showers are unable to produce hot water
A number of guests were surprised to find that even when hot water was available; their showers still produced cold water. Defective temperature controls were thought to be the problem and this was experienced in just a few rooms.

A number of guests complained that the mattresses were too soft and the beds were too hard. Those who requested for softer pillows were occasionally provided with pillows that they felt were still quite hard to their liking.
