Our rooms features ceiling fan, bathroom, cable TV and WiFi. *Special Events conditions* - Charge of 100% if booking is cancelled during Holy Week, Christmas or New Years Eve (Dec 22 – Jan 02) with less than 3 days prior arrival. Applies the same penalty for No Show reservations during these dates. - Charge of 50% if booking is cancelled during Holy Week, Christmas or New Years Eve (Dec 22 – Jan 02) with 4- 8 days prior arrival. Applies the same penalty for No Show reservations during these dates. - Charge of 25% if booking is cancelled during Holy Week, Christmas or New Years Eve (Dec 22 – Jan 02) with 9 – 15 days prior arrival.
