Another reason guests chose to stay at Le Peranakan is because of its relative proximity to Changi airport compared to other hotels of a similar price and quality. Guests are able to catch a taxi to and from the airport for a reasonable fee and the journey only takes about 15 minutes each way. An even cheaper option is to take a bus from the nearby bus stop - this option takes around an hour.

Issues with the rooms
Some guests feel that the rooms at Le Peranakan leave a lot to be desired. They mention that the rooms can be very small and some don't have windows. Also, the standard of cleanliness isn't always very good and tahere is sometimes a strong smell of cigarettes which some guests found unpleasant.
