Rooms are modern, clean and adequately furnished
The rooms are quite clean and well maintained. Guestrooms are very spacious and the furniture and decor blend in with the overall theme of the hotel. The mattresses are luxuriously comfortable and an adequate number of pillows are provided.

The staff members are very friendly and always seem to have a ready smile to offer to guests. They seem to take pride in their duties and are always ready to offer a helping hand where needed and speedily assist guests with their requests.

Good location and has several attractions nearby
The hotel is well situated close to many amenities. Restaurants, casinos and pubs are close by and they are easily accessible and within reach. There are plenty of attractions nearby such as the Elm Ridge Golf Course a few minutes' drive away.

The hotel's breakfast spread very limited
A good majority of guests found the breakfast menu to be limited. Those on special diets did not feel adequately catered to. Some were of the opinion that the food's quality was inferior and the selection was not as varied as was expected.

The indoor swimming pool is quite small
A few guests thought that the pool had a very limited capacity. This was a bit of a problem especially during peak seasons when the hotel is fully booked. The pool area can get overcrowded at times.

Inadequate sound insulation throughout the hotel
A few guests complained about the thin walls. Noise carried easily from room to room and this was a major problem especially for those who wanted to have a peaceful time and had to get up early in the morning and couldn't fall asleep.
