Well decorated and welcoming lobby
The lobby lives up to the hotel's reputation as a three star modern hotel. The deco is very creative and blends in well with the hotel's overall theme. Guests can also be served their choice of coffee of tea in the lobby.

There is a wide selection of items in the guesthouse's breakfast buffet. Every item is expertly prepared and plenty enough to satisfy all the guests. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff members
The front desk staff have greater knowledge of the neighboring area and are quick to recommend popular sites, restaurants and other attractions that they think might be of interest to you. Housekeeping is also offered on a regular basis and everything is kept spotlessly clean.

The hotel has weakly soundproofed guestrooms
A few guests complained about the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms. Noise carried easily from room to room due to the thin walls. Light sleepers were easily disturbed by loud television sets and footsteps echoing in the hallways. Noisy neighbours also became a bother to some guests.

Limited parking available at the hotel
Even though parking is free, a number of guests have raised their concerns regarding the limited parking spaces available at the hotel's parking lot. When the hotel is busy and room occupancy is high, parking spaces quickly run out and guests are left seeking another parking elsewhere.

The hotel's elevator is quite faulty
A number of guests found the elevator to be defective and slow in ascending and descending. At times during peak seasons the elevator kept breaking down when cramped inside. It could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially challenging if several guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.
