This hotel offers easy access to all of the attractions in and around Amsterdam. In fact, there is a ferry right next to the port where the boat docks. The ferry leaves twice per hour, and can take you to areas of Amsterdam where you can find dining and shopping options easily. Guests also love that bicycle rentals are available at the hotel for touring the area right by the port and enjoying the scenery

Many guests have said that this hotel's rooms are quirky, cosy, and comfortable. Several of them also said that the beds themselves were soft and comfortable.

Many guests were upset by the fact that only breakfast is served on the ship except when weddings, corporate events, or other large groups specifically request evening meals ahead of time. So, be prepared to go out to eat a lot.

Since the hotel is located in the lower decks of a boat, any noise from the boat bumping into rocks or the dock is often amplified. Guests said that those noises and the noise of other passengers and staff members walking around kept them awake on several occasions.

If you are prone to seasickness or don't like the idea of constantly swaying back and forth, you won't be very comfortable at this hotel. Several guests said that the constant rocking of the boat made sleep difficult.
