Hotel K Seoul Hostel (Seoul, South Korea)

The staff were found to be helpful and friendly according to guests who stayed here. They catered to guests by answering questions, giving helpful advice of the area and even helping with the luggage.

The hostel is close to various metro stations to explore what Seoul has to offer. There's also plenty of eateries and bars within a short distance, as well as the shopping and restaurant places. The parks were also a close distance.

The Wi-Fi was found to be excellent and working nicely throughout the hostel. Guests were happy to find there were no particular problems with the connection and that they were able to use the Internet freely in their rooms.

Guests did not enjoy seeing that the mold on the walls was not cleaned or taken care of, but rather ignored by placing more wallpaper on top to cover it. If guests were able to notice the mould, then it was not a good fix.

Guests did not enjoy their rooms were so small there was little space to place their belongings. They would have preferred some extra space to feel more comfortable. The rooms were not necessarily inviting in this sense.

The stairs were found to be quite a bit for guests who had plenty of luggage to take with them. They suggested to request a room on the lower floor if there is a lot of luggage or you need a lift.
