Some guests complained about not being able to use some of the facilities during times when the hotel is hosting wedding receptions. The hotel’s dining room and bar are often full to capacity with wedding guests which annoyed some of the guests who happen

There are no air conditioning units in the hotel which meant that some guests who stayed here during the warmer months felt uncomfortably warm in their rooms. Fans were provided and some managed to cool down by opening their windows.

Guests whose rooms were situated on the upper floors faced the daily climb up the stairs as there is no lift on the premises. If you have mobility issues it’s a good idea to let the staff know prior to booking.
