Positive Reviews
positive:
Location is a winner
The vast majority of visitors who stayed here really enjoyed this hotel's location, set as it is in an engaging neighbourhood with plenty of shops (and malls), bars, restaurants and entertainment centres pretty close by. Being able to walk to both Bugis and Esplanade metro stations in around seven minutes, and to reach the city centre via a leisurely stroll, was also considered a big plus.
positive:
Accommodations are kept very clean
A great many guests had nothing but positive things to say about the cleanliness of the guest rooms. Evidently, the accommodations here get comprehensively serviced every day.
positive:
Friendly staff members try their best
Whilst they may not be the most professional hospitality employees you're ever likely to come across, it has to be said that most of the guys and gals working here really do try their hardest to keep visitors happy. Numerous guests appreciated this effort.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Guest rooms aren't spacious at all
Many guests staying with companions have said that they really struggled with the diminutive size of the guest rooms. Those staying here by themselves also noted similar concerns so it's clear this isn't a place to bring lots of luggage to.
negative:
Some accommodations don't have windows
It is an unfortunate fact that quite a few of the accommodations here don't have any windows. Unsurprisingly, very few guests appreciated finding this out when they arrived.
negative:
Wi-Fi isn't the best
Numerous visitors have complained about the temperamental - and sometimes complete lack of - Wi-Fi access in some parts of the hotel. Something to consider if you need to work online while away.
