Positive Reviews
positive:
Wonderful value for money
The fact that the parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast are all free makes this hotel a real bargain. And when you factor in the amenities such as the pool and the gym, you've got immense value for money that is hard to come by in this area.
positive:
Professional staff are on top of their game
The staff at the front desk know how to get their work done in an efficient and professional manner. This makes guests feel safe and secure when staying here. They are also quite willing to offer some friendly advice on the local area.
positive:
Great shuttle service gets you around
The hotel isn't in the most central of locations, but the shuttle service is quite good and will take you to quite a few places nearby. It won't take you as far as the beach, but that's not a big deal as you can drive or take a taxi there.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Loud AC units
The air-conditioning unit is in the room itself, and you'll notice that it is quite loud throughout the night. If you are used to this, it's okay but if you are a light sleeper, then you may need to pack those earplugs.
negative:
Housekeeping is quite poor
There have been some guests that found that their rooms were not cleaned before they checked in. They found trash in the room and stains on the carpets and sofas. This isn't the best way to start a stay at a Hyatt hotel.
negative:
Some smells and maintenance issues
The hotel is said to have some funny odors from time to time that no one can quite explain. Whatever it is the guests don't like it. There are also some visible signs of wear and tear that really should be fixed.
