Positive Reviews
positive:
A hop and a skip from airport
For those guests who are not driving their own vehicles and are arriving by air, this hotel is one of the most conveniently placed hotels. Guests love the fact that it is actually in between terminals, and the shuttle train is continuously transporting guests from one to the other, so you will never have to wait too long.
positive:
Better than the rest concierge lounge
The ladies who look after travellers in the lounge have been described by many guests as extremely friendly, and will go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. After the first day they will even remember your name.
positive:
Excellent soundproofing
Even though the hotel cannot be located any closer to the airport, almost all guests said they were not disturbed by the sound of aircraft taking off or landing, and reported a comfortable night's sleep.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No free Internet
Most visitors felt the room price should have included the cost of free Wi-Fi, and were quite disappointed that the Wi-Fi was rather costly. Those guests who did pay for the Internet service said it was not as fast as it should have been.
negative:
A little too pricey for some
As this is one of the upscale hotels, and in a prime location, the room rates are above average and many guests would have liked to be afforded a lower rate, however guests will have to bite the bullet if they wish to enjoy these facilities.
negative:
No issues reported.
So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
