About Hostal Casa Laplaza

Hostal Casa Laplaza is a stone house more than 200 years old, in the downtown of San Juan de Plan. Our family receices from 1960 to the visitors of Chistau Valley, in Central Pyrenees. Since then Josefina Loste, a pioneer of rural tourism, began to make available to customers a proposal based on traditional forms of rural life, to assure unforgettable days in an environment of beauty and tranquility. Today their children, Marga and Joseph, are who follow in that task. We have 22 beds in 9 rooms, all with bath and television with a simple and cozy decor. The same character are the common areas, such as the bar, the corral, the living room and the dining room. Our cuisine is based on local products: vegetables from the organic garden of the family, small local farmers meat, traditional bread and homemade pastries, etc. Breakfast includes an extensive buffet with a variety of sausage and cheeses, juices, fruits, cereals, pastries and dairy. In the restaurant we offer a full and varied menu, cooked with the characteristic traditional family style of our house.
