Comfortable rooms
The rooms are clean, bright and efficiently designed with guests particularly happy about the comfortable mattresses and premium bedding. Guests also mentioned that the rooms seemed to be soundproofed quite well, as they were unable to overhear guests moving around in the hallway or in the other rooms.

Guests were very pleased with the extensive breakfast buffet, the meals served at the on-site high-end restaurant, Beau's Grille, and the catering. They stated that the quality of ingredients used was perfect and that the pleasant and efficient staff made partaking in those meals even better.

Guests found the hotel's indoor and outdoor pool, the steam room and the sauna to be a wonderful way to unwind. They also raved about the on-site massage therapist and found the service to be a worthy investment to relax.

Occasional issues with staff
While most guests found themselves to be treated professionally, a few guests reported having negative experiences with some of the staff members. These instances included housekeeping, which seemed to ignore "do not disturb" signs occasionally as well as abrupt and unhelpful front-desk staff.

Some guests had difficulty accessing Wi-Fi and were unable to maintain a steady connection, and the air-conditioning units in some rooms were reported to being loud and inefficient.

A few guests found the rooms to be in need of attention, as they saw water damage, noticed a moldy smell and had issues with toilets not flushing. These concerns seem to be the exception, however, as the rooms have recently been renovated.
