Positive Reviews
positive:
Average, Clean Hotel
This is an excellent location for anyone headed to the airport the next morning. Just a ten-minute drive gets you there, and there are free shuttles available on-site as well. Otherwise, it's an adequate spot, perfect for business travellers, within walking distance of a shopping mall with a pharmacy and food court inside. There's a safe enclosed atmosphere, decent swimming pool, nice meeting rooms, a plentiful breakfast and a little bar cafe for an evening cocktail, light meal or snack. Some have compared it to the quality of a Hampton Inn in the United States. Good for a night or two in the area.
positive:
Good Value, No Frills Rooms
Basic rooms with all the expected amenities and room service offered. Clean bathrooms, comfy beds, adequate televisions.
positive:
Friendly Staff
Staff is warm and welcoming and many know English. Very helpful and efficient.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Overpriced for the Provisions
The price is high for some folks' expectations. The stains on the carpeting, tiny fitness center with substandard equipment and overall mediocre accommodations should cue lower rates be charged.
negative:
Air Conditioning Fails
The air conditioning units bring all sorts of headaches. They occasionally leak or don't work at all, are usually placed oddly in the room for insufficient ventilation, and they're noisier than sleeping beside an airport. Bring your earplugs.
negative:
Small Rooms
The rooms are small by U.S. standards, with dark colors to make it seem even more so. Go for the junior suite if you can spare the extra expense - if you're staying longer than one night, it's probably worth it.
