The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The guests who stay rarely ever complain about rude staff and if errors do pop up they are very quick to apologize and fix it as quickly as possible. This willingness to go above and beyond to assist were noted by more than a few guests.
The service is above and beyond in some instances. Guests loved the hot cup of coffee and the warm breads that awaited outside their doors each morning. This was not an advertised service, and many guests felt that this was just one of many small details that made their stay enjoyable.
Many guests reported that the AC just wasn't up to the task of keeping the rooms cooled. Raising the windows isn't an option as there are no screens on them and then you'd have to deal with mosquitoes and other insects.
Bring ear plugs almost every guest will tell you. This is due to the numerous stray dogs around the area outside of the complex, many of which bark non-stop. The property also keeps peacocks, which are beautiful, but also loud.
Though the staff are helpful, they aren't very keen to keep rooms clean for guests. Housekeeping does not keep regular hours, but when requests are made for fresh towels, they are produced.
