The elegant, historic Farnam Guest House is 1.25 mi to Yale and the center of New Haven. This is a beautiful home and you will be delighted to stay here with our warm, elegant surrounds and friendly hospitality. The property is family-friendly and welcomes your children to stay with you in our rooms which sleep 4 people. There are 2 rooms which have a king bed and 2 twins, one with 2 queen beds, one with a king and a double, and one with a queen and a twin bed. Four rooms sleep 4 people and one room sleeps 3. There are also 2 rooms on the third floor each with one double bed and shared bath. A small room with a single bed is my most inexpensive option for 1 person. We have 3 off-street parking places in the circular drive in front of the house and lots of free parking anytime on the streets. The free Yale shuttle bus will pick you up directly across the street and take you downtown and to Yale University. Take a taxi from the airport or from the train station. Walk or drive or take the free Yale shuttle bus straight down our street to downtown New Haven and Yale University - about 1.25 miles or a 30 minute walk.
