Negative Reviews
negative:
Inconsistent housekeeping
Some guests report that their units were kept absolutely spotless during their stay. However, many others also commented that their rooms and kitchens just were not kept up to standard. Vacuuming and dirty carpets seemed to be a major issue here, along with hair and food left in basins.
negative:
Under construction
The good news is: this hotel is being renovated. And the bad news? This hotel is being renovated. While the end result will hopefully improve the overall guest experience, in the meantime, some report very heavy noise and disturbed sleep from all that construction.
negative:
Toilet talk
A lot of guests commented that the toilets here weren't especially powerful, with multiple flushes needed to clear the bowl. There were also reports of low water pressure here. Elsewhere in the bathrooms, many reported very strong mold odors and lots of black mildew in grouting and along the edges of tubs.
