The priest an curate Johann Eller, who pushed the touristic developement, in 1865, set up the first hotel in Sulden: The Hotel Eller which until today bears his name. In our hotel we creat a charming atmosphere joining South Tyrolean cosiness with love for details. The culinary world of Hotel Eller is a composition of the Mediterranean cuisine an traditional South Tyrolean delights.
