    As its name suggests, the view from River View Inn is delightful. From your balcony, you'll be able to look out over the river and the country fields. It's incredibly relaxing to watch the horses and the ducks outside.

    Staying at this hotel puts you in the heart of Sevierville. You can walk to pretty much everywhere you need to go within minutes, which is convenient and means that you will feel right in the midst of things.

    Staff here are very willing to assist and will do their best to make sure you are having an enjoyable stay with them. If you have a problem, they will try to fix it for you in a swift and efficient manner.

    It really needs a remodel

    Everything at River View Inn feels rather dated and many of the fixtures and furnishing could do with being replaced. Some of the air conditioning units don't seem to work very well, there are missing drawers in the dressers, the lighting in the bathrooms is somewhat dim. Indeed it feels a bit dark in general. A revamp would really do the world of good.

    The level of cleanliness at this hotel sometimes leaves rather a lot to be desired. The floors in particular feel a little dirty at times. Some loving care and attention to detail in their cleaning is certainly required.
