The employees and the manager have been very professional and friendly according to most guests. They started by giving a warm smile and made guests feel welcomed. In addition, they also provided useful suggestions when it comes to restaurants and gave homemade cookies or goody bags for guests.

Guests loved the convenient and practical location of the hotel! It is near restaurants, highways, shopping centers, and the Navy Base so guests can easily access all major tourists’ destinations and establishments.

Most guests were satisfied with the quality of the mattresses. The sheets and linens were clean and spotless while the pillows were soft and fluffy. Furthermore, the bed was comfortable enough so guests were able to sleep properly.

Foul odor coming from the rooms
Guests expressed their disappointment with the unpleasant smell coming from the rooms, carpets, and hallways. The smell did not go off despite attempts to use air/car fresheners. The whole area smelled damp and moldy so guests were not comfortable staying inside the rooms.

Disappointing Wi-Fi performance
Due to the slow and weak Wi-Fi connection within the hotel, most guests were displeased for they were not able to check their emails, browse, connect to social media, and maximize their overall stay. Guests had issues connecting with the Wi-Fi and had to contact the Internet provider to get it fixed.

Many of the guests were upset with the loud noise coming from the other rooms due to the thin wall design. They can hear the doors banging loudly, earsplitting music from kids, and loud chatting from people from adjacent rooms.
