You should be assured of a friendly welcome to the Courtyard Santo Domingo. Guests find the staff to be extremely friendly and willing to help you out with any problems – especially organizing visits, taxis or anything you need to speak Spanish for! As well as having excellent English, they also speak several main languages.

Charges for bottled water in the room, which is usually free, is the main source of frustration. The prices for food and drink too are often considered excessive and a lot more than can be found elsewhere.
