Tip top shape.
Common areas and shared use facilities like the gym and pool were kept in great condition. The remodeled lobby gave a great first impression, and guests were impressed with this well maintained property.
positive:
Professional staff.
Staff members were some of the best of the bunch, and guests thought that others working in the service industry could learn a thing or two from the dedicated employees here. Staff went out of their way to deliver a pleasant guest experience and it didn't go unnoticed.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Fussy TVs.
Guests who were looking forward to kicking back and relaxing sometimes had an interruption to their plan. TVs lost their signal on multiple occasions, and guests sometimes even had to venture downstairs in order to request a fix.
negative:
Hit and Miss Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi didn't always pull through, and a number of disgruntled guests were inconvenienced by a weak Internet signal. If you have important work to do, you might want to keep this in mind.
negative:
Remodeling underway.
Guests noted that some floors have newer rooms, while others haven't received the modernizing that they are overdue for. Make sure you ask for an updated room to get more bang for your buck.
