The hotel is located very close to the convention center which is an added bonus for visitors. It also has easy access to convenience stores and local diners. Those who have stayed have been very happy once they have arrived and said they will return due to the this reason.

Some rooms have balconies which has surprised some guests when they have checked in as they would expect to pay more for this luxury. This allows guests to sit and relax on an evening and get fresh air into the room.

As the hotel is tucked away, it is very quiet. There are many reviews regarding how quiet it is and how well people have slept due to this reason, giving them a great start to their day the next morning.

There are a fair few reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. There appears to be mould around the sills and the extractor system hasn't been cleaned for years. Sheets have been mentioned as having a smell to them and the carpets have been dirty.

Throughout the comments left by previous guests there seems to be a lot of people mentioning how badly organized the hotel is. The reception do not return calls if something is wrong, issues in the rooms aren't resolved whilst guests are staying and the staff are sometimes rude.

There is free Wi-Fi included throughout the hotel which has been described as being very slow. To say the hotel advertises more of a business user look, this may be a problem when you get there if needing to use the internet for anything important.
