Meals served are high quality with many delicious, well-prepared items to choose from.  Guests also reported that the bar is a cosy place to take a meal and the kitchen is open all day.

Always friendly and smiling staff members go out of their way to ensure guests are enjoying their stay.  They're accommodating to special requests, they're helpful with anything guests need and they respond to issues quickly.

Guests reported only having to walk a short distance before reaching some of the area's most popular attractions.  The hotel is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and train and bus stops that make it easy to travel to various areas including the city centre.

The guest rooms at this hotel look nothing like the pictures online and they are unkempt and in need of some work.  There have been reports of mould in the bathrooms, a strange smell in , uncomfortable beds, a lack of space to move about and missing or broken appliances.

The noise around the hotel is non-stop with guests reporting hearing a variety of sounds at all hours of the day and night which makes it hard to relax.  The source of this noise comes from a nightclub downstairs that plays loud music late into the night, delivery trucks pulling up to the hotel and loudly unloading items and street traffic.

Guests reported that the lift is very old and seems dangerous.  You have to step down to get into it, it's small, it gets stuck frequently and it doesn't look like it has been serviced in a long time.
