Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi can be erratic
While guests are pleased to have access to free Wi-Fi, it is often difficult to actually get to use the service. Guests report that the signal is sometimes erratic or weak which can be inconvenient. Instead, guests often choose to use their own local sim cards to connect to the internet rather than rely on the free Wi-Fi here.
negative:
Tricky to find
Given the different language and maze of roads and streets in Hong Kong, it is perhaps unsurprising that guests can find it a challenge to find the hotel. The hotel owners say they can supply a printable map upon request and generally it is advisable that guests try to acquaint themselves with the hotel's location before arriving to avoid any difficulties.
negative:
Rooms quite small
As is often the case in Hong Kong, the rooms at this hotel as on the small side and guests feel that the rooms labelled as double or triple would better accommodate fewer people.
