The smiles on the faces of all members of the staff do not seem to wear off. The employees treat you like family. They just can't be nicer. They even help you with car rentals and ticket purchases. Moreover, the manager is quite efficient in sorting out billing and booking conflicts.

Comfort Inn & Suites Lookout Mountain provides sofa beds for extra guests. This is highly appreciated. They are just right- not too soft and not too hard. However, some of them make squeaky sounds each time you turn. If they get uncomfortable, ask the staff for replacements.

Some previous guests forget to throw water bottles, tissues, band-aids, and plastic wrappers, leaving them on the floors or inside the drawers. This somehow shows that some of the cleaners are not that keen. However, they are apologetic, and they will clean your room again upon notification.

Some carpets are a bit worn out, dusty and smelly. However, the smell is not that intense. Some curtains have stains too that look permanent. The management lets you transfer to another room if you want to, though.
