Positive Reviews
positive:
Location is most agreeable
In addition to being a very short walk from Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei metro station and the Temple Night Market, this hotel is also easily accessible by car and lies on a direct bus route to/from the airport. Throw in the fact that there are loads of shops, restaurants and sights nearby and it's clear to see why so many visitors have found the location of this hotel so agreeable.
positive:
Accommodations are a good size
Numerous guests have noted that many of the guest rooms here are, by Hong Kong standards at least, really quite spacious. Indeed, it could be argued that the average room sizes within this hotel aren't that far removed from the kind of accommodations seen in four-star Hong Kong hotels.
positive:
Some lovely park views on hand
Most of the guest rooms here are located toward the rear of the hotel. A great many guests have appreciated this as it has provided those staying in them with some lovely leafy green vistas of the beautifully verdant Kings Park. A decidedly welcome treat when staying in this concrete-filled urban jungle!

Checking-in and out can take an age
Many guests have noted that checking-in and out of this hotel is rarely a swift process. Not what is needed when arriving after a particularly long and/or tough journey.
negative:
Not enough lifts
Very few guests have liked the fact that there are just two lifts operating within this high-rise building. Suffice to say, this provision is quite limited in terms of accommodating the needs of everyone using such a busy, commercial property.
negative:
Breakfast isn't so good
Many guests have been less-than-impressed by the expensive breakfast offered here. The chief gripes were that it was the same every day, and that it maintained the erroneous habit of keeping the coffee on warmers rather than on thermos carafes. Fortunately, there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby that offer a wealth of morning meal options.
