positive:
Plenty within walking distance.
Shopping, night clubs, and cultural attractions are all within an easy walk from this hotel. It is also well located to getting into downtown or the ferry terminal from the nearby bus stop.
positive:
Good service throughout the hotel.
From the front desk to the cleaners to the restaurant, every staff member is helpful and friendly. They create a pleasant atmosphere that adds to the hotel's value.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pool area is a disappointment.
Although highlighted as one of the hotel's best features, the outdoor pool is not great. It is smaller than advertised and open to the public. As a result hotel guests might not be able to use the amenity, and even if they can then it is not one of the friendliest spots for families with children.
negative:
Building is a bit old.
Because this hotel is housed in an older building, the exterior isn't all that appealing. The age of the property is shown in other areas that could be improved including the lack of air conditioning and a very unreliable lift.
negative:
Wi-Fi signal is really poor.
Accessing the Wi-Fi at this hotel is challenging. It's not really usable in the private accommodations, and the unstable signal makes it hard to stay connected for long periods of time anywhere onsite.
