Hotel Bintang Fairlane Residences (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

The hotel is located in a nice area for guests who enjoyed being walking distance from the shopping centres. There were also convenience stores and other businesses nearby.

The amenities in the room were a plus for guests since they had washers, dryers and equipped kitchens. Guests were able to be fully independent during their stay, which is an attractive for those looking to have a real place to stay.

Guests noticed the hotel had a good security on the premises and they felt comfortable during their stay because of this. It was a nice thing to have the extra safety measure, especially for those who are not from the area.

Guests complained there were odd smells coming from the rooms and it was difficult to ignore. The strong odor was difficult to get rid of, and some felt the rooms were not cleaned properly. They attributed the smells to an unclean room.

The Wi-Fi service was found to be awful by guests who were not able to connect to the Internet. They did not use the Internet because it would not work in the rooms. If it did, it was very slow.

Guests felt the rooms, with kitchens and separate living and dining areas, were in need of a renovation. The furnishings were used to the point of being uncomfortable and smelly. Guests did not enjoy the low standard of the furnishings.
