Positive Reviews
positive:
Delicious and varied foods during breakfast
Foods at the breakfast are restocked every ten minutes according to guests. Food served is more than adequate for guests taking advantage of the free meal - cereals, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, fruits, juices, coffee, and more. You can also request for a few "sautéed" or boiled vegetables if you are a vegetarian.

Rest assured that the room amenities here are fully functional! These fully functional in-room amenities are useful when you need to prepare your own meal for travel and sightseeing.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Inadequate soundproofing system
Some guests complained of hearing other people walking or pacing on the hallways. Therefore, you can just request for a pair of earplugs beforehand if you do not want to be disturbed in the middle of the night because of the noise.
negative:
Incompetent service at front desk
A number of guests find the staff at the front desk to be rude and uncaring, especially when settling financial matters and during check-out. Receptionists barely smile and seem uninterested in pleasing guests. If you experience poor service from the desk counter, remember that you can always demand to speak directly to the hotel manager.
negative:
Displeasing hallways
The hallways look like they were not vacuumed for over a week. Some guests even said that hallways smell of smoke, and oddly enough, smell like curry.
