Just right off the bridge of the Palais du Justice, this hotel is really close to old town and just a quick walk to Vieux Lyon or the Saturday and Sunday market. positive:
Helpful English speaking staff
Guests were delighted when they found out that some of the staff speaks fluent English. Aside from being very welcoming and eager to help, being able to converse well in English is an additional factor particularly for those guests who come from other countries and do not speak French.
positive:
Fast and reliable free Wi-Fi
The availability of a fast and reliable access to the Internet was appreciated by guests, especially by business travellers because they could easily connect. Generally, everyone can enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Weird room layout
Guests were unhappy with how the room looked like! Apart from it being small, it also has a weird shape and a narrow hall in between beds. There was hardly any space to move around! Toilet was also separated from the shower and sink which was very inconvenient.
negative:
Lift stops at mid-floor
Most guests complained about the inconvenience brought by the lift. It always stops at mid-floor so guests either climb up or down to go to their rooms. This was not easy for guests who carry heavy luggage and is not advisable for people who have mobility difficulties.
negative:
No available private parking
One inconvenience stated by guests is the unavailability of private parking facilities. If they come here by car, they need to use the public parking nearby and then carry their luggage from the parking area to the hotel.
