The bathroom is brand new with shower. This homey apartment has parquet floor and includes a plasma TV, DVD player and movies, radio/cd player, air conditioning in the entire flat (hot and cold air). The total surface area is 43m2 where a maximum of four people can sleep. Also there is a spacious balcony of 10m2 with a table with spectacular views at the Rambla Catalunya.
