The bathroom is a bit awkward. For example, the toilet may be separate but the shower is basically right in the room. Alternatively, you may be in a room where the bath/toilet is situated right in the room with only a screen to divide them. There is literally no privacy when it comes to the bathroom situation.
Checking-in might be tricky as there is no direct parking place to unload your luggage. You may end up parking across the street and paying an expensive fee. In addition, the outside of the B&B can get very noisy.
