Avia is a privately run 4 star hotel in Regensburg, Germany and situated just a few minutes walk from the River Danube. Opposite the hotel is a petrol station with a small supermarket and car wash and nearby is the largest shopping centre in eastern Bavaria. Built in 1954 the hotel underwent renovation in 1994 and again in 2008. There are 77 guest rooms with en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, mini bar, telephone, alarm clock, refrigerator, radio and television with satellite TV channels.
