Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient travel
For those who need quick access to local highways, this one is near major roadways and just off the exit. It is convenient to local business areas, as well as shopping centres and markets. It's a short drive into Old Quebec and there's a bus stop just outside.

Watching the wallet?
This is a good budget choice and provides room for families who need extra space without paying extra money. For the low rate, you'll also get free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a free breakfast.
positive:
Clean and spacious
The rooms won't really hold any surprises for those who have stayed in budget accommodations before, and that's not a bad thing. The rooms are clean and spacious and provide comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pepe Le Pew
The entire hotel smells really bad. The rooms smell musty and old and air conditioning adds to the odour. The carpeting in the rooms and hallway also smell bad and is stained and ripped. Even the pool has a really unpleasant odour.
negative:
An outdated hotel
This hotel suffers from being in a time warp with decors and fixtures straight out of the 1980s. Most of the features are old and many are broken, especially inside the rooms. The decor is worn and the whole ambiance feels tired. The basement rooms are really unpleasant as they also suffer from a mouldy smell and feel.
negative:
Don't brag about breakfast
The hotel bills itself as a "bed and breakfast" hotel, but it's really not something to brag about. Breakfast is continental only and not a great one at that. The choices are mostly breads, served with plastic utensils in a small and uncomfortable dining area.
