Many guests found the apartments to be nicely spacious and airy for guests, especially those with families and children. They found enough room to stay in and did not feel short for room.

Guests found that they were able to be independent even if they were visiting. They were able to cook their own meals and they felt at home. It was a great option for people looking to be independent and explore the city on their own terms.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and it is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a playground are found in the same street. It was convenient to shop for food to cook and explore the tourist attractions with public transportation.

Some guests found that they were not alone in the apartments, instead they had regular visitor from cockroaches. They were numerous and constant, to the point of thinking the building was infested.

Some guests found their apartments to be unclean and lacked nice fixtures. They found the furnishings to be very old and used to the point of throwing them away. Some things were not working well like the toilet flush or door handles. The equipment was not found to be working well.

Some guests complained the noise coming from outside was a bit too much for them to have a good night's rest. They thought the noise was not blocked by walls or windows but they also heard too much noise coming from the inside. It was impossible for these guests to sleep in peace with the bar below.
