The rooms at this hotel seem to be a mixed bag. However, those rooms that have been renovated attract fairly positive comments from guests and, overall, seem to be okay for the price.

Although you won't be in the heart of Memphis, it is close enough that you won't need to spend lots of time on the road. Many of the city's attractions are within a short drive of the hotel. Plus, there is a reasonable choice of nearby restaurants.

This hotel seems to be a decent choice if you are on a tight budget. Sure, there are problems, but if cost is an important factor during your stay, there is little arguing with budget rates and free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking.

Some of the rooms at the Quality Inn & Suites Memphis are yet to benefit from any renovations and, as a result, tend to disappoint guests. The most frequent complaint is that the rooms are dirty, but other issues include broken amenities, poor water pressure, and an insane amount of rogue hairs.

Although renovations are/were clearly needed at this property, the work seems to have been going on for far too long. It's either that or they have finished and left some jobs incomplete. Guests report issues like flickering lights, broken toilet seats, and broken air vents in the bathrooms.

A number of guests found the general vibe of this hotel to be unappealing. There seem to be groups of people hanging around and smoke smells appear to permeate the entire building. Guests with children were understandably upset by this issue.
