Good location
Guests love the central location of this hotel. Close to the shores of Lake Michigan, this hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. There's plenty to see and do within walking distance, but everything else is just a short cab ride away.
positive:
Excellent service

Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are small
Guests say they were surprised at how small the rooms were. Still, others say the rooms are comparable in size to other hotels in the area. If you prefer plenty of room to stretch out and relax, consider booking a suite.
negative:
Pricey stay
Room rates can be pricey and so can valet parking rates. If you're looking to save rather than splurge, this hotel might not be the best choice. Overall, a stay here is luxury experience that comes with a luxury price tag.
negative:
No coffee makers in rooms
While the hotel provides plenty of amenities in rooms and in the hotel, guests were disappointed to know that coffee makers aren't provided in rooms. If you wish to enjoy a cup of coffee, you'll have to head to the coffee bar or stop by the restaurant.
