Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideal location for shoppers
If you are looking for a no fuss, no frills place to stay, and you want to be within a ten-minute walk to everywhere, this accommodation should do just fine. Guests found themselves close to the huge Imago shopping complex, as well as a wonderful variety of great eateries in the vicinity.
positive:
Soft on the pocket
You may find that this hotel provides pretty good value for your money. Travellers felt the economically priced rooms included all the basics, without the luxurious extras, and many guests enjoyed the fact that the area becomes very peaceful and quiet after dark.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Cockroaches galore
There have been many complaints from guests who were not very pleased at all to find families of these unwanted bugs in their rooms. Most guests went out and bought bug spray to eliminate the problem, however they still encountered additional creepy crawlers until the end of their stay.
negative:
Some deep cleaning needed
Many tired, weary travellers were unpleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were not quite up to standard as far as hygiene went. Bathrooms were found to be a bit mouldy, showers could do with a scrub, and the rooms were dusty and not very well-kept.
negative:
Staff not that friendly
There seems to be room for improvement when it comes to the hospitality of the front desk staff. Visitors found that they were not all that willing to share information about the local tourist attractions, and guests felt a little unwelcome at times.
