Check-in during office hours (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.); just bring a valid identity document. Reception is closed from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. and after 10. p.m. The assigned room must be vacated by guests while returning bed linen, the key of the locker and the key-card before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Otherwise, one more night will be charged. Payments are always required in advance, during office hours, upon delivery of the keys. The loss of the keys and/or key-cards will be charged.
